Walkthrough
Shoot the walk. That file is the intake.
Phone footage, HEVC or H.264, portrait or landscape. Talk as you walk. Contractors, foremen, and architects already shoot this — PunchList turns the narration into the list.

AI list
A punch list with stills, ready to edit.
Each line gets a timestamp and a frame from the walk. Rewrite, merge, or drop items before anyone else sees them. The draft is a starting point — the list you send is yours.

Real stills from a punch walk.
Stills from a jobsite walkthrough — the phone footage crews already shoot. PunchList turns that file into an assignable punch list.
Walk in the morning. List out the same afternoon.
Hours back per punch walk
A morning punch walk becomes an assignable list the same afternoon — stills on every line, no notes to type up after.
For general contractors
Skip the after-walk type-up
Narrate the unit on a phone. The crew sees each defect from the still — no second trip, no rewrite in the truck.
For foremen
Same-afternoon list, less chase
The report goes out the same day. Trades tick their items on the list. Less chasing tickets by email.
For architects
Pay when you send the report.
Contractors, foremen, and architects try the editor free. The card comes out when a report goes to the job.
